Terms of Service
Last updated: 18 June 2026
The short version
ClubShed is software for tracking football equipment. By signing up you agree to use it for its intended purpose, not break it on purpose, and pay for any paid plan you sign up to. We promise to keep the service running as best we reasonably can and to handle your data with respect.
If something goes badly wrong, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. That's standard for SaaS and it cuts both ways.
Who we are
ClubShed is operated by Lucas Seewald, based in Spain. Contact: hello@clubshed.pro. These Terms govern your use of clubshed.pro (the marketing site) and app.clubshed.pro (the application).
What we provide
ClubShed is a web-based software service for tracking sports equipment, allocating items to teams, tracking conditions, and generating reports. We offer the service on a free tier (1 team, 30 items, 3 coaches) and a paid Club plan (€15.99 per month, unlimited usage).
We provide the service "as is" and on an "as available" basis. We aim for high uptime but we don't guarantee zero downtime. We may make changes to features over time; significant changes that remove existing functionality will be communicated to paid users in advance.
Your account
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when signing up, for keeping your password secure, and for activity that happens under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, email us at hello@clubshed.pro.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. Football clubs are run by adults; the service isn't directed at children.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use ClubShed for anything illegal, abusive, or harmful to others
- Try to reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract source code or data not belonging to you
- Probe, test, or breach our security measures (we have an open invitation for legitimate security researchers to email us instead)
- Resell, sublicense, or commercialise ClubShed as your own product
- Upload content that infringes someone else's copyright or rights
- Use the service to send spam or unsolicited messages
If you do any of these we may suspend or terminate your account. We'll usually warn you first unless the issue is severe.
Your data and content
Your data stays your data. We never claim ownership of equipment lists, team rosters, photos, or any information you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host and process that data only for the purpose of running the service for you.
You can export your full inventory as CSV at any time. You can delete your account at any time, which removes all your data within 30 days. The details of how we handle data are in the Privacy Policy.
Paid plans, billing, and refunds
The Club plan is €15.99 per month, billed monthly via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; you'll keep paid features until the end of the current billing period.
We offer a 14-day no-card-required trial on the Club plan. If you don't add a card by the end of the trial, the account rolls back to the Free plan automatically. No charges are ever made without your explicit consent.
We don't offer refunds for partial months. If you cancel mid-period, you keep access until the period ends but we don't pro-rate the remainder. If you've been charged in error or experienced a service failure on our end, email us and we'll sort it out.
Prices may change for new sign-ups. We won't change the price for existing subscribers without at least 30 days' notice via email.
Termination
You can cancel and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, if we're legally required to, or if the service is being discontinued.
If we discontinue the service entirely, we'll give at least 60 days' notice and provide a way to export your data before shutdown.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
ClubShed is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We don't guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every specific purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (lost profits, lost data beyond what's reasonably recoverable from our backups, business interruption, etc.).
None of the above excludes liability for things that can't be excluded by law (such as fraud or gross negligence in jurisdictions where those carve-outs apply).
Intellectual property
The ClubShed name, logo, website, and software are owned by Lucas Seewald. The content you create in ClubShed (equipment lists, photos, reports) is owned by you.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to account holders by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. If you don't accept them, you can cancel your account.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the law of Spain. Any disputes that can't be resolved by direct conversation will be brought before the competent courts in Spain. If you're a consumer in the EU, you also have the protections of your local consumer law and the right to bring claims in your country of residence.
Before going legal, please email hello@clubshed.pro. Almost every dispute we've heard of in SaaS could have been resolved by a conversation. We'd rather have the conversation.
